2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Initial Consultation Fees: Non-refundable, as they cover the time spent in discussing project scope and requirements.
- Pre-Development Stage (Deposit Refunds): If you cancel the project before work begins, a refund of the deposit, minus administrative fees, may be issued.
- Development Stage: Once development has commenced, refunds are subject to work completed. Refunds are proportional to the amount of work already done.
- Post-Completion: Once the project has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be provided unless the final product does not meet agreed-upon specifications or there are major defects.
3. Change of Scope
If you request changes to the project scope after development has started, this will be treated as a new request. Refunds for changes in scope are not available.
4. Exclusions
The following scenarios are excluded from our refund policy:
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, content, or feedback.
- Issues arising from third-party software or services.
- Minor revisions or tweaks post-completion (these are typically covered under maintenance agreements or additional services).
5. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: We will review your request and contact you within [1-2] business days to discuss the next steps.
